🚀We’re excited to announce the release of Atlas Assets V2.0.0, a major update that enhances usability, performance, and sustainability tracking across the platform.


This version introduces real-time notifications, a redesigned help desk, an all-new Building Dashboard, expanded carbon-footprint fields, and major improvements to inventory automation and waste reporting.

🚀 What’s New in V2.0.0?

🌐 New Menu & Logo

What’s New:
Atlas Assets now features a modern, cleaner navigation menu and refreshed branding. The redesigned logo and layout make navigation faster and more intuitive.

How to Use It:
Log in to Atlas Assets — the new interface loads automatically and adapts to your access rights.


🧩 Help Desk Enhancements

What’s New:

  • Select Columns Button: Choose which columns appear on your Help Desk overview.

  • New Widgets: Added widgets for Cancelled and Reopened Requests, plus improved Greek translations (Χωρίς Ανάθεση for “Unassigned”).

  • Automatic Reopen Process: When a user replies to a closed or resolved ticket, the system automatically reopens it and notifies your team.

How to Use It:
Use Select Columns to customise your view. Closed tickets will reopen automatically when a new message arrives.


🔔 Live Updates and Notifications

What’s New:
The Help Desk now supports real-time updates — tickets, replies, and changes appear instantly without refreshing the page.
Browser notifications alert you even when Atlas Assets isn’t your active tab.

How to Use It:

  • Enable notifications in your browser.

  • For mobile/tablet, add Atlas Assets to your home screen to receive notifications like an app.

📩 Ticket Page & Email Templates Redesign

What’s New:
The ticket page has been completely redesigned for clarity and speed.
All email templates have been rewritten to be clearer and more intuitive, improving communication between users and support staff.


🏢 New Building Dashboard

What’s New:
A complete dashboard for every building gives a 360° overview including:

  • Alerts & Notifications

  • General Information & Condition

  • Energy Efficiency and Performance

  • Physical Attributions (Floor Area, Type, Usage)

  • Tenant & Rental Information

  • Maintenance and Utilities

  • Waste Management Integration

  • Carbon Emissions Data

  • Audit and Risk Overview

How to Use It:
Go to Buildings → Select Building to access the dashboard. Each section expands for more detail.


🌱 Carbon Footprint Enhancements

What’s New:

  • Added new carbon-tracking fields across Assets, Buildings, and Fleet.

  • Record emission sources, consumption types, and reduction initiatives.

  • Generate detailed reports with the Custom Carbon Footprint Report.

How to Use It:
Enter carbon data within each record. Reports are under Reports → Carbon Footprint.


🪑 Furniture and Equipment Information

What’s New:
New fields under Assets allow recording of furniture and equipment, giving a more accurate overview of resources and their maintenance needs.


🚗 Fleet Enhancements

What’s New:
Fleet entries now include additional fields for carbon data and vehicle details, improving monitoring of environmental performance.


🛠️ Differential Maintenance for Buildings

What’s New:
Maintenance schedules can now be defined per building, supporting different frequencies, responsibilities, and maintenance types.

How to Use It:
Go to Buildings → Maintenance and configure per building.


📦 Inventory Management Upgrades

What’s New:
Major upgrades to improve traceability, automation, and control.

Highlights:

  • FEFO/FIFO Handling: Use items based on First-Expires-First-Out or First-In-First-Out.

  • Automated Restock Orders: When stock falls below threshold, reorder automatically.

  • Custom Label Printing: Print barcodes/QR codes per item.

  • Easy Scan Process: Scan to record usage and adjust quantities instantly.

  • Usage Reports: View who used each item and where.

How to Use It:
Configure under Inventory → Settings. Print labels via Label Print, scan items to record usage, and review activity in Reports → Usage.


📊 Custom Carbon Footprint Reports

What’s New:
Advanced reporting allows filtering by site, asset category, or time period, helping ESG and sustainability reporting.


🗑️ Waste Management Module

What’s New:
The Waste Management Module is now fully operational. Departments can record waste by category, monitor recycling, and generate analytical reports.

Features:

  • Custom categories and subcategories

  • Department-based entries

  • Aggregated reporting by period, category, or department

  • Exports: CSV, Excel, PDF

How to Use It:
Open Environment → Waste Management to log waste data or create reports.
